TACA does not own the rights to the Tech Manual. One of the authors has passed away. We are trying to obtain the rights so we can update and republish it.

At this time I cannot provide an exact date, but I do not think it will be any time soon.

Manual

Postby ehartman13 » Thu Jul 06, 2006 7:21 pm

Anyone have it scanned as a PDF file? I scanned many of the Camcorder, VCR, DVD and such I owned, and found people out on the net look, or should I say need this information. I was able to find a manual for a old Laser Disc player this way. Just a thought.

Technically, that's a violation of copyright law (unless the corporation that owned the rights no longer exists), and in the case of the Tucker manual would be difficult to do, since many of the illustrations are rather poorly reproduced. You'd need a professional with a good scanner to get anything that would be readable on some of them.
